How fast can you close on the house?
Once we have agreed to terms and conditions of the sale it usually takes 30 days or less. Yes, we can close as fast as 7 days, sometimes is just a matter of getting title company ready.
The house is in really bad shape. Do I need to pay for any repairs?
Nope. We buy your house as is. No repairs needed.
I have a lot of things that I will not be taking with me. Can I leave them behind?
Absolutely, yes. Just take what you want and leave what you don't. We will dispose of all that is left behind for you.
What if I need more than 30 days to move?
No problem. We understand that coordinating relocation can be a less than perfect endeavor. If you need a little bit more time we will work with you. We have even sent FREE help to load the moving truck.
Do I need a Real Estate agent to complete the sale?
You may hire one with you want, but you really don't have to. We will deal with all the transaction documents and paperwork, which you may choose to review with anyone: a trusted family member, a real estate agent or an attorney.
